Marc specialises in professional negligence, contract and commercial and bankruptcy cases with a significant part of his practice covering accountants’ professional negligence. He also has expertise in personal injury claims, acting for both claimants and defendants.
With an academic background in accounting (first degree) and contract law (masters degree), Marc had a successful career in the City for seven years before being called to the Bar.
