Karen specialises in professional negligence claims involving real property, conveyancing, mortgages, contentious probate, equity, trusts of land. She acts in solicitor and valuer claims and is usually instructed by banks or insurers. She is also instructed in professional negligence claims arising out of financial remedy proceedings. Karen has a particular interest in lender claims with restitutionary issues; contentious probate claims; and conveyancing transactions with financial remedy and/or trust of land issues. Karen is also instructed on pre and post claim disclosure and inspection issues.
Karen was appointed a Bencher by Lincoln's Inn in 2015
