Christopher is developing a strong commercial and common law practice, with particular focus on contractual & general commercial, property, personal injury and insolvency matters.

Christopher works across the general commercial spectrum with a particular interest in issues of contractual interpretation, debt recovery, sale of goods and supply of services, injunctive relief, civil fraud, insurance and sub-contractor disputes. He is also experienced in advising on both personal and company insolvency matters.

Christopher also undertakes all manner of residential landlord and tenant work as well as advising and appearing in commercial property and business tenancy disputes, possession proceedings, service charge disputes, business rates disputes, forfeiture matters and those concerning disrepair and dilapidations as well as trusts of land.

In his Complex Personal Injury work Christopher acts for claimants and defendants, in a wide variety of claims. He is well-versed in the QOCS regime and is developing a keen interest in litigation involving allegations of fraud and dishonesty. He has gained extensive experience of public liability claims as a member of the Government Legal Departments Junior Junior scheme.

Prior to coming to the bar, Christopher worked in the advocacy department of a national solicitors firm, acting largely for insurers.
